You can help prevent these from happening by

1. Providing accurate descriptions for your products

2. Providing quick support for any buyer questions

3. Providing refunds to buyers who are unhappy with their purchase.

A refund is better than a chargeback because  a chargeback incurrs an additional fee, in addition to the refund.
